Business Reply Mail
All Reed Business Reply mail is created in compliance with USPS QBRM (Qualified Business Reply Mail) program. Our Business reply mail pieces meet the highest USPS design. standards sets readability standards for the use of domestic Business Reply cards and letters. We are involved in this program for two reasons:
- QBRM cards and letters are return to us through the mail efficiently because they can be read by USPS sorting machinery.
- QBRM pieces cost seven cents less per piece than non QBRM business reply mail.
All Business Reply mail pieces are obtained through the Public Affairs Office at Reed. Please do not use old Business reply cards and letters as design changes have been implemented in 2010.
