IC Hockey Game

Date: Friday, February 4
Time: 6:00 pm
Location: meet at ISS office

ISS wants to give you all the opportunity to go see a fun game of hockey as the Portland Winterhawk's take on the Edmonton Oil Kings on Friday, February 4th at 7pm. We will be meeting in the ISS office at 6pm and will leave in the vans from there. We plan to be back to campus by 9:30pm.

Summer Experience Award Info Session

Janie Hinkle-Clayton will be helping students complete their taxes with the online program (Cintax) the College provides for international students to complete their federal income taxes. Computers will be available for use during the workshop. Janie will also be able to answer questions regarding your Oregon income taxes. 

Depending how much of the Cintax online form you've completed, you might need to bring the following:

  • Passport number
  • Dates of your days in and out of the US
  • W-2
  • 1042S form (if applicable)

Spring Break Trip to Bagby Hot Springs

Date: Thursday, March 24
Time: 9:00 am - 4:30 pm
Location: meet at Parking lot

Join ISS and head out to the Bagby Hot Springs (http://www.bagbyhotsprings.org) for a short (3 miles round trip), beautiful hike through a Late Successional Reserve Forest with spectacular sights. Upon arriving at the bath houses, enjoy the natural hot springs. We will bring some food with us but feel free to bring your own snacks as well. Bring shoes you are comfortable walking in for the short hike and bring bathing suits for the hot springs.
We plan to leave at 9am and be back at Reed around 4:30pm.
