The fall 2013 entering class comes to Reed from 37 states, the District of Columbia, and from 22 countries. Fifty-six percent enrolled from public secondary schools, thirty-four percent from private, six percent from religious schools, and four percent from charter or home schools. 92 students, including 82 degree-seeking undergraduates and 10 foreign exchange students. In addition, Reed College has 28 "Third Culture Kids"--American students with international backgrounds, 8 Language Scholars from abroad, and 3 foreign national students who are currently studying in an off-campus program.
