Geographic Distribution of 2014 Entering Class (First-year Students)

The fall 2014 entering class comes to Reed from 39 states, the District of Columbia, and from 20 countries. Sixty percent enrolled from public secondary schools, thirty-two percent from private, five percent from religious schools, and four percent from charter or home schools. Detailed state information.

107 students, including 98 degree-seeking undergraduates and 9 foreign exchange students. In addition, Reed College has 26 "Third Culture Kids"--American students with international backgrounds, 8 Language Scholars from abroad, and 2 foreign national students who are currently studying in an off-campus program.
