Conference: “Equivariant and Motivic Homotopy Theory”
Saturday & Sunday, 9 a.m.–4:30 p.m., PAB
This conference will focus on the interplay and parallelisms between equivariant and motivic homotopy theory, providing a forum in which researchers can share insights and techniques from both disciplines. Speakers include Aravind Asok (University of Southern California), Gunnar Carlsson (Stanford University), Bert Guillou (University of Kentucky), Jeremiah Heller (University of Bonn), Mike Hill (University of Virginia), Po Hu (Wayne State University), Igor Kriz (University of Michigan), and Mona Merling (Johns Hopkins University). While there are no registration fees, all participants must register for NSF reporting purposes. Questions may be directed to Kyle Ormsby, assistant professor in mathematics at Reed College.
