Code Number

Your code number can be calculated by the following formula:

  • Take the two-digit number formed by the last two digits of your Reed ID number and multiply times 3.
  • Take the two-digit number formed by the last two digits of your mailbox number and multiply by 5.
  • Add these two numbers together and you get your code number.

For example, if your Reed ID is X12345 and your mailbox is 666, then you would calculate 45 * 3 + 66 * 5 = 465.

Note that you do have a Reed mailbox even if you are not on campus. If you don't know your number, either look online or ask me.

Grading scale
