Two-Year Visiting Position in Computer Science

Reed College invites applications for a visiting position in computer science, rank open, beginning in the fall of 2018 and continuing through the 2018-19 and 2019-20 academic years. Applicants should be committed to excellence in teaching and scholarship. Ideally, applicants should have a Ph.D. in computer science by the time of the appointment, but candidates near completion of that degree or with relevant experience from closely related fields will also be considered. The successful applicant will teach core and advanced courses in computer science and will also advise year-long senior thesis projects that are required of all Reed students.

Reed is a distinguished liberal arts college with about 1400 students that offers a demanding academic program to bright and dedicated undergraduates.
