What I Do:
- Work with the community to develop and improve IT programs and services
- Ensure that the academic work of the College is appropriately supported by technology
- Manage college-wide hardware support, computing labs, and the help desk
- Plan for long-range user support needs
- Represent the Department and the College in collaborations and consortia
- Serve as a member of the senior staff in Computing & Information Services
