Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday
What I Do:
- Front-line support for faculty and students on Macintosh, Windows, and Linux/UNIX operating systems and applications
- Contribute to user training workshops and the development of online and printed user documentation
- Administration and day to day maintenance of print spooler, CAP servers, and several Appleshare servers
- Maintain the campus Key Server and distribution of campus-wide software
- Maintain and troubleshoot academic printing systems in cooperation with NTS staff
- Work closely with CUS Computer Shop technicians to provide support and troubleshooting of hardware and software problems
- Work with students and other CIS staff to support dormitory networking access (Mac & Windows)
- Perform regular backups of file servers and departmental desktop computers
- Train and supervise the CUS Assistant and other student employees
