What I Do:
- Manage telecommunications operations for the College
- Work with the Director of TIS to evaluate, recommend for purchase, and implement VoIP, Voice Messaging, and other telecommunications systems and services
- Develop, manage and maintain telecommunications databases. Work with CIS staff to integrate this database with other Reed databases and directory services
- Design, install, maintain, and monitor campus networks; debug network problems; configure SNMP devices
- Monitor network performance. Design and implement network enhancements
