What I Do:
- Serve as primary contact for student services offices and Bon Appetit
- Provide Banner support and program modification support in the Unix/C/SQL environment
- Design and implement major system components, such as Brio and Oracle reports and forms, and FileMaker solutions including those components involving the web
- Provide primary Macintosh, Wintel PC, and related desktop software support to the administration staff
- Administer FileMaker Servers
