Dining & Catering

Bon Appétit is the college's independent food service contractor. Bon Appétit staff will work directly with you to devise a dining plan to best suit the need of your group. Summer conference guests are required to purchase either the daily dining plan or a catering equivalent.


Campus Meals:

  • All meals are served in the Gray Campus Center dining room unless separate arrangements are made through the catering department.

  • The Gray Campus Center dining room offers a variety of foods that can accommodate many different meal preferences and dietary requirements. Vegetarian options are provided at each meal. The number of menu choices and the hours of service will vary depending on the number of confirmed guests per meal.

Catering:

  • The catering department can provide additional services, such as coffee breaks, picnics, banquets, and boxed lunches. Prices are based on requested service and are separate from the Gray Campus Center dining room rates.

Confirming Guest Counts:

  • Confirmation of guaranteed guest counts per meal for each individual conference is required 30 days prior to the conference.

  • Confirmed (guaranteed) guest numbers are the minimum guest counts that will be billed for a specific meal. In order for Bon Appétit to provide the best service, it is necessary that the confirmed guest count be as accurate as possible. This enables Bon Appétit to have adequate staff on hand to serve your guests, purchase sufficient food, and prepare correct portions for each meal.

  • Guest counts higher than the confirmed (guaranteed) numbers will be billed at the higher (actual) counts.
