Bookstore
The bookstore, located on the lower level of the Gray Campus Center, sells office supplies, clothing, snacks, and convenience store items. Special book sales or displays in conjunction with your conference can be arranged with your Reed conference coordinator. Learn more.
Computer Usage
All dorm rooms and most meeting rooms are equipped with phone lines. Those bringing laptops may plug in and dial up to their usual ISPs. For presentations requiring high-speed internet, you may rent a laptop from Reed College and receive access to our Ethernet system (requires 2-week advanced notice).
Equipment Rental
Reed can supply all your equipment needs, from tables and chairs to coordinating tent rental.
Laundry
Reed has laundry facilities available for use for our event partners free of charge.
Library
The Hauser Memorial Library is open Monday through Friday. Library use is limited to reference use only. Internet access is not available at the library for conference attendees.
Mail Service
Reed has a full-service mailroom, including UPS and FedEx shipping options. Items shipped to conference attendees must be picked up by the attendee.
Neighborhood Businesses
A variety of eateries, coffee shops, brewpubs, pizzerias, delis, grocery stores, banks, salons, bicycle shops, ice cream parlors, wine shops, churches, public libraries, boutiques, and other specialty shops are located just a short walk away on SE Woodstock Boulevard between SE 39th and 47th avenues and in the Westmoreland neighborhood where SE Bybee Boulevard meets SE Milwaukie Avenue and along SE 13th Street.
Parking
Parking is free on campus. There are three parking lots, all within close proximity to housing and meeting facilities.
Print Shop
Offers copy and fax services during business hours.
Security
Community Safety is on-site and available 24-hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week. The campus is well-lit, residence halls are accessible only by swipe cards, and each residence hall room requires a key. Emergency phones are located throughout campus.
Staff
Our highly qualified event managers and summer staff are committed to providing you with top-notch service. They will be on-site and on-call during the duration of your conference.
