Student Conference on United States Affairs (SCUSA)

Student Conference on United States Affairs (SCUSA),
Leading in Lean Times: Assuring Accountability and Assessing American Priorities in an Age of Austerity”
Wednesday, November 7 through Saturday, November 10
West Point, New York

SCUSA is a terrific opportunity to network with other future foreign policy leaders, attend panels and keynotes, and actively participate in roundtable seminars on U.S. foreign policy and current international politics, including such topics as democratization after the Arab Spring and the challenges of counterinsurgency strategy under budgetary constraints.

Reed College is privileged to send one delegate to each year’s conference. The delegate’s registration, round-trip airfare, and per diem will be generously provided by the Elizabeth J. Ducey Fund, while the U.S. Military Academy will provide ground transportation and housing.

For more information and a complete list of roundtable seminars, please visit the SCUSA website at: http://www.usma.edu/sosh/SitePages/SCUSA.aspx.
