Paul Levy is a litigator for the public interest organization, Public Citizen, where he has worked since 1977. His main current specialty is free speech online -- anonymity, intellectual property law, rights of web hosts. He also litigates rank-and-file labor law, federal jurisdiction and preemption and removal issues, attorney sanctions. He also does appellate and Supreme Court litigation.
