Cynthia Whitehead '71, History, is a senior lawyer experienced in analyzing and influencing the development and implementation of environmental law in the European Union and Asia. She has more than 30 years of experience working with European governments. Cynthia works for the benefit of companies and organizations in the USA who want to develop sustainable businesses that can anticipate and respond to the quickly evolving demands of overseas laws and policies to promote sustainable development.

Ms. Whitehead is the co-founder and director of the Sustainable Law Institute -- an international network of lawyers working on legislative drafting for sustainable development. http://www.sustainablelaw.net
