The George Warren Brown School of Social Work at Washington University in St. Louis offers a top ranked Master of Social Work Program and a Master of Public Health. The Brown School is committed to positive social change through path-breaking research and educational excellence. Students at Brown are united by a passion to help others.
The Brown School offers a very flexible curriculum for graduate students. The MSW program offers six concentrations in Children, Youth, and Families; Health; Mental Health; Gerontology; Social and Economic Development; and Individualized. In addition, there are two specializations available in Research and Management. The MPH program provides a solid foundation in the core competencies of Public Health with an innovative curriculum centered around transdisciplinary problem solving courses. The MPH program is designed to provide opportunities for building analytical, leadership, and team building skills. Both the MPH and MSW programs offer national and international practicum opportunities.
The Brown School is on rolling admissions and awards over $4 million in scholarships each year.
