Deadline to Upload Resume for Career and Internship Connections

Fall break is a great time to polish your resume and begin your search for summer or post-graduation opportunities. See below for information on the annual Career and Internship Connections Fairs, which are held in major cities in early January...Reed College career services is pleased to announce Career and Internship Connections (CICs) 2011!!

Career and Internship Connections are off-campus career and interview fairs scheduled during winter break, so you have the time to travel to the cities you might be interested in! There are a couple of different ways to navigate the fairs, the best and most proactive one is to register, upload your resume, and APPLY for positions by the November 29th deadline. You may then be selected for interviews by employers, select a time and be interviewed at the event!
INTERNSHIPS AND FULL-TIME JOBS!!!
These innovative off-campus events allow students to network and interview with companies in New York, Washington DC, Chicago, Boston, Los Angeles! This is the 12th year of the consortium events (it includes 17 other schools). Last year's events boasted over 200+ employers in EVERY type of field!
Registering for the events early means you’ll get updated information on the events, employers attending, and jobs posted. You can also create search agents to send you postings in particular cities and/or fields. If you register and upload resumes prior to November 29, you can apply for specific position and be considered for interviews at the event.

Washington, DC - January 5th
New York - January 6th
Midwest (Chicago) - January 7th

As always, career services staff members are ready to assist you as you create resumes, navigate the CIC web system and prepare for CIC interviews.
