The Southern California Reed Chapter hosts a career networking event featuring Don Asher '83 Philosophy/Religion as speaker. Asher is acclaimed author, renowned speaker, and career advisor. Details to follow.

If you plan to be in the Southern California in June, you might be interested in the Southern California Alumni Career event.

The event takes place in San Pedro at the Los Angeles Yacht Club. There is no cost, just come prepared to pay for your own drinks. It's an opportunity for you to meet Southern California alumni in a social networking setting.

We've asked the alumni to identify themselves as either a RESOURCE (i.e., "mentor") or a SEEKER, so there will be a good mix of young and, shall we say, more seasoned professionals.

As a current student, you'd attend as a SEEKER of connections with Southern California-area professionals. If you're interested, please RSVP with your name, area(s) of career and professional interests (e.g., arts and publishing, business and finance, non-profit, international organizations/ngos, technology, health and medicine, scientific research, etc.), and your preferred contact information (as you prefer others to contact you). If we receive your information by May 28, we will include it in the profile document we create and send to participants.

Parking is free and plentiful, however, please observe the signage and do not park in spots marked “permit only.”
