GRE Test Prep Course

This two-day Sherwood Test Prep course is an excellent way to get a jump start on your applications for admission to graduate school.  For current students and alumni from the class of 2009, there is a $25 fee for attendance that covers the cost of a catered lunch both days. Alumni from 2008 or earlier pay $100 to participate.

Space is limited; please RSVP to career.services@reed.edu. Include the following information: your phone number, year in school, major, and your student ID so that we can charge your account.  Alumni, please make your check payable to "Reed College."  Deadline to register and pay: Monday, October 12. Please note: there will be no refunds after Monday, October 12.

Course requirement: By Thursday, October 15, you must complete a practice test and report (anonymously) your score to career services. GRE PowerPrep, which only runs on PCs, is available in career services on one PC, in ETC on computers in the IRC, in the library on IRC computers, and in the DoJo. Give yourself two and a half hours minimum to take the online practice test. Please factor in time to take the practice test and report your scores (you can do so anonymously by folding a paper and dropping it off in Greywood) on or before Thursday, October 15. Taking the practice test will greatly enrich your experience in this important test prep course!
