Dr. Lloyd Olson for ISHC

Dr. Lloyd Olson for ISHC
Tuesday, April 28, 2009
5-6 PM 28 West

Medical school admissions panels will ask for your opinion and test your understanding of health care in America. What do you believe to be the future of health care?  What are the causes of the health care crisis?  What impact do you want to have on the field?  What is the history of health care in Oregon and why was it this a news topic in recent years?

Dr. Lloyd Olson, '57, a former Pediatrician-in-Chief at Children's Mercy Hospital in Kansas City has been hold Health Care Matters seminars at Reed for the past several years. He is pleased to be invited to meet with us on April 28th to answer your questions and make recommendation about how to learn what you need to know about U.S. health care.

As an international student, finding out about health care in the U.S. is one of the many tasks you have in preparing for your application to a health care field. This session will be well worth your time.

Please RSVP NO LATER THAN 5 PM ON MONDAY so we are assured to have enough students present to make his 130-mile trip from White Salmon, Washington worthwhile. Please send e-mail to Brooke at career.services@Reed.edu.
