Paul Levy is a litigator for the public interest organization, Public Citizen, where he has worked since 1977. His main current specialty is free speech online—anonymity, intellectual property law, rights of web hosts. He also litigates rank-and-file labor law, federal jurisdiction and preemption and removal issues, attorney sanctions. He also does appellate and Supreme Court litigation.
