The largest non-traditional career fair of its kind, Oregon Tradeswomen, Inc. produces the interactive, 3-day Women in Trades Career Fair to help fill the pending gap in the labor force that will be created with record levels of upcoming retirements of skilled trades people and to increase the coverall number of women working in trades centers.

This dynamic three-day event offers unique opportunities for women and girls to meet and talk directly with tradeswomen, use the tools of the trades, learn about apprenticeships, and find out about opportunitites to get involved in the sustainable building industry. With support from industry sponsors, workshop presenters, exhibitors, and volunteers, the Women in Trades Career Fair creates an unparalleled opportunity for women and girls to envision themselves as tradeswomen.
