3:30-4:30 in Vollum 120
Meet with returned Peace Corps Volunteer Sarah Klain ('03, biology) to learn more about the application and selection process, and to find out what it's really like to be a Peace Corps Volunteer as she shares slides and conversation about her experience. Sarah, who is currently a GIS analyst at Ecotrust, recently returned from her Peace Corps volunteer experience, where she spent two years in Palau (W. Pacific) doing sea turtle, crocodile, and dugong conservation and management.
Also in attendance will be Wayne Blackwelder, the Regional Manager of Peace Corps in Seattle, and Larry Badger, Regional Recruiter of Peace Corps in Seattle.
