Implementation Strategy
The implementation of the enhancement of the Canyon will be a long, but rewarding process. There area a variety of logistical considerations including: timing, costs/funding, notification to neighbors regarding activities, permitting for in-water work, access for removal of non-natives and revegetation activities, erosion control and water quality protections, and securing needed plant material and labor to complete the installation and maintenance of the enhancements. These logistics are outlined in the implementation strategies for each zone (see below). Specific plant material placement is provided on the Plant Community Placement page.
