COMMONS QUAD
The grassy quad between the Gray Center and Old Dorm Block is well suited to the enjoyment of sunny afternoons. From the porch of the student union or the patio of commons, students savor coffee and food, chat, and discuss things political, poetic, and philosophical. The commons quad also hosts a variety of gatherings and special events over the year, from open-air concerts to the post-commencement reception.
