Campus Announcements

Staff in the Office for Inclusive Community, Peer Mentor Program (PMP), the Center for Life Beyond Reed, and Alumni Programs are sponsoring a series of events featuring a group of amazing alumni who were involved in PMP and the Multicultural Resource Center as students. These alumni are excited to be a resource to current students for mentorship and networking, particularly for students from underrepresented and marginalized communities.

All students are welcome to participate in these events, whether or not you’ve participated in the Peer Mentor Program. Join us!

Friday, January 19

6–9 p.m., Student Center

Pizza with Alumni at the MRC

Join us for a casual pizza dinner and social at the Multicultural Resource Center. This is an opportunity for alumni to learn more about current student organizations and the MRC, and for students to get to know these alumni.

Saturday, January 20

3:30–6:30 p.m., Prexy and GCC-BCD

PMP Alumni Panel and Conversations: Life and Journeys Beyond Reed

Dinner included

All Reed community members are welcome to join us for a panel discussion in Prexy with alumni who were involved in the Peer Mentor Program and/or Multicultural Resource Center as students. Alumni will talk about their Reed experiences, what they’re up to now, share advice, and answer questions from students. The event will conclude with dinner in GCC-BCD for students, alumni, and staff.
