SEEDS Staffing Announcement
I am thrilled to share that Tara Miller will be joining Student Services as the new SEEDS Program Manager next Monday, March 6. Her office will be in the Student Center 112.
For those who have not yet had the chance to meet Tara, she is originally from Portland and studied at Reed as a Young Scholar. Tara earned a B.A. in Public Policy Analysis from Pomona College, where she worked as a fellow in the community service office, conducting research on best practices for service learning and community-based research. Most recently, Tara has served as a patient navigator for Providence Women's clinic, providing bilingual facilitation of patient-educational programming and support groups. Tara brings a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion and culturally responsive programming, as well as building bridges between service engagement, social justice learning, and the academic program.
