Description
Gates Cambridge Scholarships cover the full cost of studying at the University of Cambridge. Scholarships may be held for one, two, three, or in certain exceptional circumstances, four years of study.
Eligibility
Candidates will be expected to have excellent transcripts with high GPA scores showing evidence of sustained achievement in study, together with a strong performance in GRE scores and outstanding references.
Application Procedure
Applicants who wish to apply for a Gates Cambridge Scholarship for affiliated study should apply directly to a College of their choice for admission before 15 October. A Gates Cambridge Scholarship can only be taken up by a student who has been admitted to Cambridge through the University's normal academic admissions procedures. These are separate from the procedures for selection as a Gates Cambridge Scholar. Those applying for a Master's or Doctoral degree are admitted to Cambridge through the Board of Graduate Studies; those applying for a second Bachelor's degree are admitted by a College.
