Office for Inclusive Community

Student Center

The Office for Inclusive Community reflects the institutional commitment to developing and sustaining a campus environment that affirms the diverse cultural experiences of students in the Reed community. Through the peer mentor program, the Office for Inclusive Community seeks to support the experiences of students from underrepresented racial and ethnic communities, first generation students, and students from any background who are committed to engaging in meaningful dialogue about diversity. The Office for Inclusive Community also develops programs through the Multicultural Resource Center, that offer the campus community a space to reflect upon the intersections of race, gender, class, sexuality, religion, and numerous social perspectives that are present within society.
