Eye-to-Eye
The goal of the Reed College Eye to Eye program is twofold: to provide learning disabled students at Reed with a positive mentoring and teaching experience, and to provide learning disabled school children with a mentor who understands the particular challenges they face as a member of the learning disabled community. This year, we will again be working with Grout Elementary School, a short walk from the Reed Campus. If you're interested in becoming a mentor next year, talk to SEEDS. You can also read more on the national Eye-to-Eye website. Mentoring qualifies for the off-campus federal work study internship program.
